أقام مركز عرده التابع لقطاع تيماء والذي تقام فيه الحمله الصيفية لمحو الامية للعام 1435هــ نشاط للدارسين حيث كان في استقبال الضيوف والدارسين المدير التنفيذي ومساعده و مدير المركز الأستاذ / عاطف أحمد الودعان
وقد قام الأستاذ / ماجد المسمار بتقديم برامج النشاط وقد افتتح النشاط بآيات من القرآن الكريم تلاها احد الدارسين ثم كلمت الرئيس التنفيذي للحملة الأستاذ / غانم العنزي وكلمه للمساعد الاستاذ / مده الثعلبي ثم كلمة الأهالي قدمها الشيخ / نفيل سليم العنزي رئيس مركز عرده وبعد ذلك تتابعت فقرات الحفل والتي تضمنت مسابقة ثقافية قدمها الأستاذ فالح الجبيل وكلمة توعوية صحية قدمها الدكتور قرشي التابع للحملة وكذلك وقصائد شعرية من جانب الحضور وكذلك سحوبات على عدة جوائز ومسابقات مختلفة بعدها تم تناول العشاء بمنزل رئيس المركز الشيخ / نفيل سليم العنزي
